We bring over 20 years of comprehensive project management experience and design expertise to every project, taking pride in delivering the highest quality finish to our client’s interiors. Whether it is new construction or a refurbishment and new extension to an existing property, every project is led by Luke Williams who’s in-depth knowledge of interior design delivers enduring comfort for an exceptional home improvement.
Starting with an initial discovery session where we discuss the project in detail, learn about our client’s individual style and tastes to discover what is important to make their interior a reflection of them and their lifestyle. We then respond to our clients requirements with preliminary design concepts showing spacial planning and furniture layout. Using mood boards and textile swatches we demonstrate colour schemes, fabrics and finishes to bring the plan to life.
Once the design is signed off we produce a detailed cost plan outlining a project timeline. Every item is designed, specified and costed to the client’s budget and requirement.
When the detailed design has been agreed a cost plan will be presented, setting out the cost for the individual items in each room and a summarised total for the complete project. Luke Williams Design will handle the procurement process when appropriate to ensure the quality of delivery is managed to the highest standard, making the project run smoothly.
Our programme of delivery for each element of the project will be agreed on before the project starts. We will oversee the progress of the project, managing and monitoring development with regular on site visits to resolve issues as and when they arise, guaranteeing the quality of the final finish by taking care of any snagging issues quickly and efficiently.
Once the construction and decoration is complete we will dress the rooms, positioning all the furniture and furnishings tailored to your personal style. Depending on the client requirements we will curate artwork and install home accessories to ensure a stress free completion to the project and an interior you can relax and enjoy with friends and family.
